The particulars of its organizations, functions and duties;

Procurement and distribution of Raw Materials like Iron and Steel to the various SSI Units of the Pradesh. In addition the Corporation is also handling Bitumen through its Raw Material Depot Parwanoo & Mehatpur and is supplying to Govt. Deptt/Undertakings etc.The Corporation has also rented out of 17 Industrial Sheds at Paonta Sahib and 8 at Parwanoo, on monthly rent. KINDLY SEE ANNEXURE-A-I

A copy of powers of Managing Director, list of duties of officers/officials are also enclosed as per Annexure-A B & C.

The services of the employees of the Corporation are governed under Service-Bye-Laws. The Corporations is also following the Govt. rules and instructions.

The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof;

A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public;

A list of Board of Directors is enclosed as per Annexure-D. Meeting of the Board of Directors is held  quarterly. The minutes of the meeting are not available to the public.

A list of officers and employees of the Corporation is enclosed as per Annexure-E

(x)

The monthly remuneration received by each of its officers and employees, including the system of compensation as provided in its regulations;

A salary statement of all the officers/officials is enclosed as per Annexure-F.

The budget allocated to each of its agency, indicating the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made;

A copy of Budget for the year 2009-10 is enclosed as per Annexure-G.

The manner of execution of subsidy programmes, including the amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programmes;

No subsidy is being allowed by this Corporation .

Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by it;

(xiv)

Details in respect of the information available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form;

(xv)

The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained, for public use;

Information can be made available during the working hours.

(xvi)

The names, designations and other particulars of the Public Information Officers;

A list of Officers designated as PIO & APIOs is enclosed as per Annexure-H.

Such other information as may be prescribed and thereafter update these publications every year;.
